Typically, a sedan offers comfortable seating for up to 4 passengers, with dedicated seating designed for 3 individuals. In terms of luggage capacity, the trunk of a sedan can typically accommodate approximately 2 standard-sized suitcases.

If the luggage can be easily accommodated within the trunk of the vehicle, no additional fees will be incurred. However, if any luggage item needs to be placed inside the vehicle, such as a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, or box, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per piece.

In the event that all the luggage pieces are large in size, either a minivan or an SUV would be required to accommodate them.

The type of vehicle you can reserve will depend on the size of your pet. Small pets can usually be accommodated in a regular sedan or midsize SUV. However, if you have a larger pet, a bigger vehicle will be necessary. Please make sure to inform us during the booking process, as not all drivers are equipped to provide this service.

In compliance with the law, it is mandatory to have children below the age of 8 secured in a car seat. Passengers have the option to either bring their own car seats or request All Inclusive Limos to provide them, subject to an additional charge.

Passengers who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The driver reserves the right to request identification as proof of age.

The customary tipping range in the industry is generally between 15% and 20%, although the final decision on the amount is entirely at your discretion.

Please note that toll charges may not be applicable for all airport trips. In Manhattan, the toll fee for transportation to or from JFK or LGA airports is typically around $10.17. For trips involving EWR (Newark Airport), tolls begin at $21.80. Toll fees are applicable for each leg of roundtrip reservations. If the driver incurs a toll while returning to the city, an additional charge will be included. It is essential to understand that the driver has the discretion to choose the most appropriate route based on traffic and weather conditions.

Our affiliated stretch limousines are equipped with TVs, DVD players, and CD players to elevate your experience. Whether you're attending proms, weddings, or any other memorable event, we specialize in providing all the amenities you need, except for alcohol.

Absolutely! If you intend to use your credit card for in-car payment, it is necessary to have the card with you and present it to the driver at the conclusion of the trip for processing. However, if you have already provided your credit card information and ID details during the reservation process, there is no requirement to physically present the card.

Certainly! We provide a convenient pre-paid option that allows for third-party payments. When making the reservation, you can enter your credit card information in the payment section and select the "All Inclusive" option to pre-pay for the ride on behalf of your guest. This ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing you to use your credit card for someone else's transportation needs.

For pricing details regarding stops along your route, we encourage you to contact us via phone, email, or text. The cost can vary based on the specific requirements of each stop, and our team will be delighted to provide you with the necessary information.

If you plan to travel with a surfboard, skis, or golf clubs, you can conveniently make a reservation for a minivan, large passenger van, or SUV through our user-friendly online booking system.

If you happen to forget to obtain a receipt, requesting one is a simple process. Just reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or our website, and they will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining the receipt you need.

If you have misplaced an item in a vehicle affiliated with All Inclusive Limos, please contact our office, and we will quickly coordinate with the driver and relevant departments to assist you in locating it. However, please be aware that we cannot assume liability for any belongings left behind. We will make every effort to recover your item, and if successful, we will contact you to arrange its return. Alternatively, we can assist with delivering the item to you, but please note that there may be associated costs based on the distance traveled.

ALL INCLUSIVE LIMOS, we understand that delays can occur, and we offer a complimentary grace period of 10 minutes following the scheduled pickup time. However, if the delay extends beyond 15 minutes, waiting time charges will be applied for the entire duration of the delay. To provide further clarity, here are a couple of examples: Example 1: If the pickup time is scheduled for 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:10 AM, no waiting time charges will be incurred. Example 2: If the pickup time is scheduled for 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, a waiting time charge of 15 minutes will be applied. The waiting time fee is calculated based on an hourly rate that is prorated according to the vehicle class.
